A romantic escape in the mountains was just what we needed, and this hotel delivered. The rustic décor and cozy atmosphere were wonderful, and the breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks were unforgettable. Plus, we really appreciated the spa and pool, which were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

It wasn't all smooth sailing, though. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, and the lack of clear directions and signage didn't help.

The hotel was really hard to find, and the road up the mountain was very narrow and steep. the bathroom in our room had a bad smell and the WC brush was dirty.

And to top it all off, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

While the resort itself was exceptional, I did encounter a few minor inconveniences. the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a letdown.
